Dance Supervision:

Guest Policy:
- Grades 9, 10, and 11 must attend this dance with a date from CPHS (they can also come with friends, by themselves, etc.).
- Grade 12 students may bring a date from another high school.
- All persons attending this dance must be a high school student (no college guests or high school graduates). Seniors may bring an outside guest, but the guest must be from another high school (we will need to see ID or confirm that they are currently in high school). Seniors can pick up guest permission forms from Kris Banser in the Assistant Principal’s Office/Attendance Office.
Homecoming Guest Policy Rationale:
- Homecoming is a well-attended dance and many of our freshman students (most of who are only 14) will be present. It is reasonable for our freshman parents to assume that there will not be college-aged attendees (19 and 20 years old). Their first experience should be a “high school” dance.
- We have two formal dances (Turnabout and Prom) that we open for high school graduates. For those dances, students can bring guests who are graduates (under 21 years of age). For Turnabout, all students (grades 9-12) may bring guests from other high schools. We also allow guests from other schools at our Prom.
