Transcripts

  • Current students should request transcripts through their NAVIANCE Account by going to https://student.naviance.com/crownphs

  • Alumni students should request transcripts by calling 219.663.4885, ext. 11028 and speaking to Mrs. Bowman or Mrs. Nelson.

Transcripts can be mailed or emailed to educational institutions.

For employment purposes or personal use, you may request it be emailed if acceptable by the recipient(s) or pick up a hard copy in the Guidance Office.  Photo ID required. 

If you took Dual Credit courses at CPHS, you will need to request transcripts from the universities where the dual credit was earned.
